Yes. They were built as a pair: Day in the morning, Night before bed. Together they provide 39g protein, 1,000mg vitamin C and 25mg zinc. If you take other supplements with zinc or vitamin C, check your totals, and ask your healthcare provider if you're unsure.

Bovine collagen, marine collagen and whey protein, enzymatically hydrolyzed so it mixes smooth. Free-form essential amino acids are added on top to round out the amino acid profile.

Day Recovery uses hydrogel-encapsulated creatine monohydrate. The hydrogel encapsulation is designed to enhance bioavailability and reduce gastrointestinal side effects, such as stomach upset.

It also dissolves completely instead of settling out, so there is no grit at the bottom. The formula dissolves clear in cold water.

Day: one 40g scoop. Night: one 25g scoop. Mix with 400 to 800ml of cold water and shake or stir. Use less water for a stronger flavor.

No. Day Recovery uses Bacillus coagulans, a spore-forming probiotic strain that doesn't require refrigeration. Keep the pouch sealed and store it in a cool, dry place.

Each pouch holds 15 servings, about two weeks at one scoop a day.

You can return unopened pouches with the seal intact within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened pouches can't be returned. Email hello@renyx-nutrition.com with your order number to start a return.
