Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, pouches must be unopened with the seal intact, in their original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@renyx-nutrition.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is free: you won't pay anything to send an eligible return back. Returns sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If a pouch is damaged, the seal is broken, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps) so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, opened pouches can't be returned. We also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.
